How to make some project where word "business" will no longer be

Nowadays making projects requires new approaches that will definitely crash into the reality. People tend to do the job, tend to freelance on some company and want to make their work visible nice. Several weeks ago I met a freelance front end designer that are placing all her quarterly papers on invoices etc in the box from shoes. The world is becoming different when people tend to change their points of view at the same things.

In the new Era the term "business" will be changed to something new, so in order to open e new business - we will need to use new terms, as well as new tools, new people should already get prepared to live in the new environment. Let us imagine - how to live on Mars? No Air, No water on a surface, no fast food around the corner ... 

To my humble opinion, word "business" will be substituted with PROJECT.

• To move from one place to another - is a deadline oriented project where new conditions require new axon neuron connections
• To buy or build a house - another money demanding or new skill project
• To raise a healthy child - is time and understanding project 

Most of the people tend to organize their lives so that things were running smoothly as possible. Though we were all prepared to live on factories style urban places, work from 9 till 17 etc. We need something new in education, new money equivalent, in style of work and in the way we spend our time on family building, creating new traditions.

In book Creativity by Catmull, the brain trust technique is used to work productively by admitting failures and creating a culture of trust, not fear in a managerial work.

I would stress the following spheres to be taught and promoted:

- visual design thinking methods 

- small team group work like start-ups - where all patents are open

- a critic, a leader a cheerleader in the teams

- interdisciplinary learning  - the new challenge from Universities

- cultural hubs where a new discourse about the place and role of a "nation", its culture or its input in world development - sharing economy

- stress on philosophy - where knowing nature of a person is an essential tool 

- religion upgrade to co-create a new man  

- knowing your place in the universal scale

Failure

Studying at university is the time when you are prepared to get into the professional world with ammunition of knowledge - the right time to get used to coping with failure. Knowing who is your best friend starting small steps in adult life.

In Pixar, there is Pixar University that allows stuff to study different subjects that foster creativity. (like ballet, sculpting, filmmaking etc.)The main idea of this organization is the atmosphere where you will definitely develop like a specialist.

The Marshmellow Challenge is a very good example of the old educational system that teaches most of the people to search for answers without letting oneself to make a mistake. This experiment allows any teacher to check if their followers are apt to risk by experimenting and trying at every stage not on the final one when there is no time.
