I would strongly recommend this book which i was recommended by the head of Service Design studies pan Rafal from Greenhut. This book show what is change management on different level of organization, organism or behavilral unit in nature.

This is the case of one hint that can influence our mindset. In the conclusion, those countries that pay the teacher the highest salary -  are prosperous and farseeing ones.

After this book, one should try:

Couchsurfing as the instrument in being.

Other idea is share economy where thing do not have us but we are aware of the world mechanisms.

This weekend I managed to make an experiment of sharing economy in action and couchsurfing is the platform, that allows to make it happen.

Why try:

- one can check his/her communications abilities in real world

- you will open new side of your personality or close the bad one

- you will motivate the host by your stories 

Still if you are the person of light ideas the world will open for you all doors.

People are different. Their needs are different. Expectations, needs, problems. But we have no way out rather than learn oo to coodoeverything in the run to conquer the cosmos.

Many companies are generating more resources than some countries, and they have great solutions to offers as well as the "healthy trends" to spread.

Microsoft is One of few Them. So if you are working in the service design, be sure to learn the tools Microsoft is using, as well as activities to include all groups.
