Organizatipnal development and learning inside an organization



It is interesting to know what is happening in the process of the client on the way of buying a service.


The critical moment happens when the success and the cash overflow make company somehow forgetting about the client, hence making client journey harder, with more pain points. The collective misunderstanding blurs clear mind.

The main problem: such organizations learn slowly how to handle the wave of success. Though such moments create new opportunities for fresh blood in the veins of an organization, where knowing what it does not know can help it to overcome the occasional pot falls. Many artists met such phenomenon - that was hard to digest and overcome.
