In this small review of the newest trends in managerial work, I would like to stress on the use of the latest research findings on human behaviour. These findings on different aspects of human mind are irreplaceable for any manager working with people.
In modern managerial work the trend of work is spread by trainers coming from successful countries with a strong economy.
Recently, a new system of thinking was adopted by most thinking managers, where the psychologist Kahneman (a Nobel prize winner) suggested the basis of human thinking.
There are as many trends as many people. Also, the method of working is adopted due to the country its self. Let us take Japan. Only in the Japanese languages there is a word, meaning: died by working too much - karoshi. In the Ukrainian language: Work is not a wolf and will not run away in the woods. And there are many other examples.
Psychology serves good manager to:
- promote positive growth of employee and organization
- understand the nature of a man and group
- living and studying abroad also enhance people to open their own business (look)

Another psychologist (S. Weinschenk) that stresses the importance of motivation and knowing people's nature in her book. And there is no right or wrong approach in managerial work. I would say there are not prepared and prepared managers.
